The Palmer Museum of Art at Penn State is pleased to announce major special exhibition Dreaming American Futures: Invitational 250, a juried exhibition marking the country’s 250th anniversary in 2026. The works in the exhibition address the following themes: Activating Change, Bridging the Divide, Pursuit of Happiness, and A More Perfect Union. Artists included are Penn State students, faculty, and staff hailing from all campuses; Penn State alumni who reside in the state of Pennsylvania; or local artists who live within a 50-mile radius of State College, PA.
